The lack of an elevator is a pain!!! The musty odor in the hallways is definitely off-putting, and the stairwell feels damp!!! The flaking paint in the bathroom is a clear sign of neglect!!!

the rooms were fresh and tidy, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. the breakfast exceeded our expectations with a variety of delicious options. the indoor pool was a fun bonus for the kids, making it a worthwhile stay at Quality Inn.

This was a prime choice for a whistle-stop in Springfield with very good value for money. The bathroom shower was clean, but the drain was filthy, which was a bit concerning. Get to breakfast early. it closes at 9 am, and it's just basic offerings.

I stayed in a King Room for 4 nights. It had all the essentials, air conditioning, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a cozy seating area. The breakfast was plentiful, and I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. Super convenient to grab coffee, too! Definitely had a good time.
